0% Balance Transfer Game Ends?

This game seems to come to an end, as there aren't any more 0% BT offers that is without the 3% fee. I received a 0% BT from BoA for 12 months on a credit card I have, and I have $12,900 credit line wide open on that card. Originally I thought even with 3% I could still make two hundred something with WaMu's 5% CD, an easy way to add money into the wedding fund, but now WaMu fails (and problems I have with them funding a CD), I am a little bit uncertain whether I can still get the 5%.

For now, I think the money is safe with HSBC. Yeah, not the best place to put money, but not the worst either.
